We were positively surprised at the concept and execution of the menus at the restaurant. The staff were so friendly and attentive, the ambience was really chilled and relaxing, just perfect for a casual hangout, and, not to mention, the food and drinks were very good. It was quite fun to see the re-interpretation of the typical local dishes and fun experiments with the fresh local ingredients. There are some Sicilian local beers produced in Palermo were mind-blowing good so if you are beer-drinkers or want to try something else besides Sicilian wine please try them! We asked for the recommendation for desserts, and tried the Pistachio granita and the peach float with the iced-tea, they were so good, you can tell, they are made of natural ingredients. Absolutely coming back again for more delicious food and drinks! Grazie mille e a presto!

Here is everything you are expected for great Italian food. From the bread to the pasta everything is well cooked and you’ll miss everything after the trip. (Just be aware of mosquito when hv outdoor seat)

It was good but not as good as expected. The waiter was exceptionally nice. The starters were great. Loved them all. The maincoarses were not that impressive. The tuna was grilled to perfection. But why so much salt? It almost ruined it for me. The pasta could have used a bit of salt. The burger.. Well, sadly nobody liked it. Maybe a bit of an off day? I'd still recommend trying it out though.

A fabulous find on our way back to Agrigento from Romana del Casale. Carlo is a warm and delightful host. Our chicken burgers were spot on and my salted caramel Gelato was light and full of flavour. The Gelato is made without milk products so no lactose reaction! I highly recommend this brasserie and his gelaterie next door! Grazie Carlo!
